6. Price and Payment

a) The price of the products will be the price shown on the Website at the time your order is accepted. Prices include VAT where applicable but exclude delivery costs.

b) Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown on the Website at the time we accept your order unless you qualify for free delivery. Delivery charges vary depending on method and delivery address.

c) Payment is made by Stripe, Shopify Payments, or PayPal at the time we accept your order. Refunds will generally be made to the original payment method.

d) Although we take care to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. If an item is incorrectly priced, we may:

• contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed, or

• cancel the order and notify you.
  We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.

7. Delivery of Products

a) We will deliver the products by the method and to the address provided during checkout. Next-day delivery is not available for PayPal orders and applies only to mainland UK. Delivery times are not of the essence.

b) If you fail to take delivery or do not provide adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. We will refund the product price, but delivery charges will still apply.

c) Any error or delivery issue must be reported in writing within 14 days of the delivery date. We accept no liability for loss or damage if this requirement is not met.

8. General

a) Products sold on the Website are intended for consumers and are not for resale.

b) The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 does not apply to any contract between us; no third party has rights under the contract.

c) Any contract between us incorporates these terms and conditions and is governed by English law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Subscribe & Save — Terms & Conditions

“Subscribe & Save” is a subscription service offered by UK SUPS LTD.

UK SUPS LTD reserves the right to amend benefits, discount levels, and free delivery terms at any time.

Subscription items will ship automatically based on your chosen frequency until cancelled. By placing a subscription order, you authorise us to charge your payment method for future orders according to your selected schedule.

You may change the frequency or cancel your subscription at any time through the My Subscriptions section in My Account.

Subscribers receive:

• The best product price based on the lowest price in the 90 days prior to the subscription order date.

• Free standard delivery on all subscription renewals.

• Tiered discounts:

  • 1–2 items: 5% off

  • 3–4 items: 10% off

  • 5+ items: 15% off

Your first subscription order does not include the discount.
It also does not qualify for free delivery unless order value exceeds:

• £20 for Standard Delivery, or

• £60 for Next Day Delivery.

All subsequent subscription orders qualify for free delivery regardless of value.

Eligible Purchases

Only items labeled “Subscribe & Save” on product pages qualify for subscription benefits.

Termination

We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice. If terminated, you will only be charged for orders already dispatched.
